ULTRASLIDE THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Varisport, Inc., as the SOLE manufacturer of the UltraSlide slide board line, warrants to the original purchaser that our UltraSlide slide boards are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, under a three-year limited warranty, subject to the terms and conditions hereafter set forth. Except for the above warranty, it is expressly agreed that NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE or of a particular use nor any warranty of any kind whatsoever, express, implied, or statutory, is made by Varisport, Inc.

This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, tampering, negligence, accidents, use in abnormal conditions, lack of proper maintenance (as outlined in the instruction manual), or unauthorized service or alterations to the product.

Liability of Varisport, Inc. is limited to either repair or replacement of the defective part or the replacement of the product at the option of Varisport, Inc. on an exchange basis, with the customer bearing all costs of shipping and handling to and from our factory.

• Bumpers on UltraSlide 8, 10, Octagon, and PowerCurve - (Does not include bumper grip tape)

3 years

• Slide surface on UltraSlide 8H, 8, 10, Octagon, and PowerCurve

2 years

• Rubber non-slip (underside) pads on all UltraSlide boards
• Strap handles on UltraSlide 8H, 8, and 10
• Bumpers on UltraSlide 6 and 8

1 year

• UltraSlide 6 baseboard/surface
• Slide Slippers
• Mitts
• Bumper grip tape on UltraSlide 8, 10, and Octagon

 

Additional Warranty Information

During the first year, all labor is covered by the warranty. All labor repairs will be performed at our factory on warranty and non-warranty parts.

• This warranty does not cover shipping charges to or from our factory.
• After all of the foregoing conditions have been complied with, if Varisport, Inc. shall attempt repairs and/or replacements which shall for any reason fail, Varisport, Inc. shall be allowed to continue to attempt to remedy any defects for as long a period of time as, in Varisport, Inc.'s sole judgment, such attempt is justified.
• The foregoing shall be the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy, whether based on contract, warranty, or otherwise, and Varisport, Inc. shall not be liable for any injuries to persons or property. In no event shall Varisport, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages or commercial losses, nor for any other loss or damages except as set forth above.
• The provisions of this warranty are expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, written or oral, and of all other obligations or liability on the part of Varisport, Inc. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to assume any other liability on behalf of Varisport, Inc.
